Edit or delete a timesheet entry
Timesheets - View, Add and Edit My Timesheet (view, add, and edit your own timesheet entries) OR Timesheets - View, Add and Edit All Timesheets (view, add and edit timesheet entries for all staff members)
You can edit a timesheet entry, provided it is not older than the number of days specified in the timesheet settings for your firm, and it is not partially or fully allocated to a WIP credit. To edit or delete timesheet entries the job must be open, and the timesheets must NOT be locked. You may need to re-open a job or unlock timesheets.
- Access the My Timesheet page.
- Use the Daily, Weekly, and Monthly tabs to find the day of the entry you want to edit.
- Click the row of an existing entry to adjust it.
- Select one of these options:
- Edit the timesheet as required.
- Click the Delete button on the row of a timesheet entry to remove it.
You can access the job or client details for an existing entry by clicking the job ID number or client name links.
- Click Save.
